From a very reliable source there is no more tier pts for fp vp. They will use the old criteria on these machines based on adt to qualify for Wolf and Sagamore.

Mel,
Are you saying that it is possible still to obtain Sagamore Status by playing FPVP? Not that this is great, but I'm curious.

Theo for fp machines will probably be set at .000000000001% ! LOL
Think about this:
Prior to the change, if one played only on double points days at $150 per pt., coin-in to maintain Sagamore would be $120k. Playing at $270 per pt. only on double points days would move that number to $216k.
So the spread for some of us would be $120k to as high as $432k coin-in for 6 months. Say goodbye to these lower end of these numbers unless the theo is high enough.
Mel --- can your source confirm if theo will be standard across all machines and at what number theo will be set?

Theo depends on the hold of the game. Slots are high. The last time I checked the theo on fpvp was around 1.4%. By my calculation that means for a theo of 5-600 which should be sag you need around 40g coin in a number of times (???) each six months. My best gues woould be a minimum of 4-5 trips. The machines with a higher hold (less than fp) would have a higher theo assigned to them all depending on what the casino's winnings are. Fp is low but each machine could be different. >

I thought the theo for FPJB and PE was set at .3%?
Mentioned during the discussion of ADT, ADL, coin-in/coin out.
Thinking any discussion of player's club status involving ADT et al is the casino encouraging the fish to bite and the donkeys to come to the slaughterhouse.
As noted previously, "stay away." If MS bottomline is hurt then there will be changes. Except for Wynn doing this on machines with e.v. > 99.5, are there any other joints?
The industry must be watching as MS has gone all-in. River card dealt when 3rd quarter is reported?

If you follow the main VPfree (Las Vegas) the Palms has removed virtually all of its positive VP. The board was at least as stirred up as here. The blitzkrieg on VP continues on several fronts.

It's something that never occured to me a casino would do. Wondering if it will become contagious.

Pickum used to be 3% not .3% of coin in when JOB was 4.8%. I don't play much pickum so I am not sure of it's theo history but JOB years ago was between 7-8 % because it was rated as a machine not individual game and the bartops had several penny slots and that helped. It was then changed to about 4.8% a year ago because of the hold. A software upgrade then was able to distinguish between games and JOB went to around 1.8%. In the last month or so it has gone to 1.4%. I think it is still at that level unless they lowered it again. It is hard to figure out now with no pts since you can't calculate coin in.

Points is not the be all and end all. If they had hundred play penny FPDW with "nothing" we would all be playing it.
I'm a quarter recreational player. I'd much rather play NSUD with "nothing" than 8-5 BP with say .40% back in giveaways.

Nope, it's in downtown (old) Henderson. Rainbow Club and Casino.
It's on the motherboard database still with 25 cents FPDW. Still no player's card. They would feed you but you had to be really hungry.
