The best Deuces Wild game I know of East of the Connecticut River is the $1 Airport Deuces 98.98% game (10 coin, $10 per hand) at ... I hate to drop the F-Bomb on this Sunny web site, but at .... Foxwoods.
Some of the 25c FPDW there are 10-coin per vpFREE2.com. And someone mentioned playing them in a trip report recently.

I found those way back around 2006. They lasted only for a few weeks as I recall. The Skyline had those about a year or two ago.
