Just a small update on the points/BBC situation at Harrahs and
Ameristar. My wife and I both started Jan with $20/wk from H and I
played about 3 times as much as her last year, then in Feb she bumped
up to $30 while I stayed at $20, and now in Mar she is at $40 and I
got bumped up to $25… I am not sure what they are looking at
because I earned about 40% more points then her in Jan and 4 times as
many points in Feb. … very confusing unless they are thinking that
they have me wrapped up and are working for her play???
This is definitely the case. I would suggest that you completely
stop playing on your card for a couple months. Instead, put all play
on your wife's card. As long as you don't put your card in a machine
at Harrahs, you won't get "tripped". Cashing coupons and swiping in
at the turnstiles will NOT trip you. After a couple months of ZERO
play, your BB will suddenly jump up. When Harrahs pulled AA, many VP
players stopped playing there completely. I know several that
received $500 per month for at least 2 straight months.
as far as Ameristar goes, she started Jan with $20/wk and I started
with $25/wk, I played a ton in Jan on the 3x points days and she
played a decent amount but about 1/4 of me. We have both gotten
$25/wk for Feb and Mar..... who knows, but I think $25 may be the
highest you can get at Ameristar.... Does anyone know if someone has
gotten more?
$50 per week is the highest level of BB at Ameristar.
