St. Louis- A VP Desert?

Are there any machines/casinos in the St. Louis area where the combination of game return percentage & comps/promotions give the player a slight edge, or is St. Louis dead as far as a positive return on video poker goes?

The best I've found so-far are in the 99.45-99.69% range at Harrah's, but Harrah's comp system seems to be so dismal as to not bring the game return to anywhere near 100%. Are all the decent VP machines in Vegas and have I moved to a VP desert, or are there decent opportunities in the mid-west area that I'm missing? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Try the Casino Queen in Illinois (across the river from Lumiere) Illinois has lots of 9/6 DDB.
