Harrahs STL sending out 'warning' letters

I play on that bank most of the time and noticed the same thing. It has been down for about a week.
I asked a slot tech, who was working on the machine next to me and he just said it was down for repairs but had not seen the work order.

I have a suspicion that it was paying out to many jackpots. We all know it is completely random, but try and tell that to the bean counters who monitor the machines payout. Most of the people who hit the jackpots were $1.00 and up players and so of course the over $1000 jackpot light is going to come on and the payout will be more because the person is playing at a higher amount.

Whenever I heard the music and saw the light I would and check the machine and about 80 percent of the time it would be the same people that I seen hit a jackpot before.

Maybe Harrah's feels if it is shut down for awhile those players will move on to another casino.

If Harrah's would only use common sense and just give the winning players enough time, sooner or later Harrah's will get all the money back the players won and a lot more, after all Harrah's has more money than the players and can go through a lot of loosing streaks and never go broke.

When Harrah's removed the All American machines, that pretty much sealed the hopes of any wining player.

It's hard to believe how time flies. It's been six years since Harrah's took out the All-American and Full-Pay Pick 'Em (January 2003).
It will be interesting to see what happens with that TBP+ machine.
