Actually, I believe it is a 'floating floor' that is detached from the
walls that are on land. That way it seems like a 'land based' casino,
but it is really just like the ones in MO that are on barges in a pool.

Airport/Illinois Deuces (one step below NSU) and the prog. meter runs
really slow after either $6000 or $7000, but is like a 1/2% at first?
