Anyone else have trouble getting multiplier coupons to post at Harrah's?

Does anyone else have trouble getting multiplier coupons to post at
Harrah's St Louis?

You drop the coupon in the bin, or hand it to the promo desk person, you
play, and the multiplier points never credit. When you ask about it,
they treat you like you are a lying idiot and say you didn't drop the
coupon (but they'll credit the points, just this one time).

Am I the only one who keeps track of these things?

I have learned that Harrahs, and most likely any casino, does have its
share of problems with multiplier coupons.

Am I the only one who keeps track of these things?

I keep track of our points on a spreadsheet with columns for base
points, multiplier, used points, bonus points, and tier score. I try
to check with harrahs.com everyday to verify that the numbers add up,
and when they dont, I make a note about what day and what is wrong and
as you say they almost always fix it. If you dont keep track, you are
giving money back to harrahs.

This is yet another reason to avoid Harrahs STL. Why they don't
install a promotional "kiosk" so everyone can swipe their own card is a
mystery. Numerous other Harrahs properties allow players to swipe
their card for multiplier days. Guess what? There is NEVER a problem
at these properties because once a person swipes their card, the
multiplier is automatic.
