Ameristar cash coupons in email

Today I received a $20 cash coupon in my email (it arrived in my junk
folder). First time I've received one and first time I've heard of
anyone receiving one. When I took it to the cage for redemption, the
cashier didn't give it a second look, so it would appear they are at
least somewhat regular. Anyone else received an email coupon and, if
so, in what amounts?

I also received a $15 cash coupon from Ameristar via e-mail two days
ago. I will cash it before the end of the month and play more 25c AAM
at the President right afterwards
As for an over/under on when the President will close? Difficult to
say, but I haven't kept up on the recent news over the Cherrick
parking lot dispute with Columbia Sussex beyond the $25 per head
charge. I do believe the Admiral will probably survive Pinnacle's new
casino, but when the new one gets built in Lemay it will probably go
down the tubes by then. In the meantime, I still try to cash in my 4x
points pretty frequently in case the President should close without
warning. Can anyone share the latest news over the parking lot?
There was a bankruptcy hearing on this issue back on January 9th, but
I don't know anything beyond that.
Bring back full-pay AAM at the suburban casinos! Maybe someday when
the two new casinos get built there will be enough competition to
allow better paying VP.....maybe.......

They lowered the price to $10, but don't allow validation.....so
there's little difference between $10 and $25.

I would STRONGLY suggest cashing out your points EVERY trip...

My wife and I have been Star Club for the last 2 years. We both get
only $25 coupons per week, never more or less, about every other month
one of us gets a large postcard with the Fri/Sat only coupons which
vary from I believe $35 to $50 and may be a bonus winner (which has
never happened). Neither one of us got the email coupon, but I am not
sure we are registered with our email addrs, so that could be the
problem. the $52 per week coupons are the largest I have seen/heard
of, they also have $26 per week, I wonder what distinguishes a $25
player from a $26 player?
