All Amrican/Harrahs

Just a brief message to the St.Louis group so as to help in holding
our group status. Several weeks ago I e-mailed the folks at Harrahs
in St. Louis and asked if they would move some of the All American
from K.C. over here to the St. Louis vp player. Mr. Louis Rosa one
of the slot managers replied and said that they had installed some
dollar AA here and would convert some to 25. sometime in September.
The problem is the 1.00 GM are a little short one the four of a kind
at 150. This drops the EV somewhere to 98.48%, not playable and I
expect that the .25 AA will also be short pay. How many people
regardless of what they say actually achieve 100% at AA? Enough
never seems to be enough.

On the main VPfree board (LV) there has been much discussion about
individual results compared to game theorectical return. Unfortunatly
I dont believe anyone (possible exception unknown) keeps acurate
enough records of game/expected return/results and then has a large
enough sample (millions of hands) to really know if they are getting
the expected return. I truely believe that regardless of how many
mistakes I make, If I choose a game that has a higher ER and learn it
to the best of my abilities, I will do better at the 100.2% over the
99.8% over the 98.5% and so on. Of course you do have to factor in
the difficulty of the perticular game you choose, which will most
likely affect you error rate. .... Boy why does this sound more like
work than fun? .... I guess we have to be thankfull it isnt to easy
or Everyone would do it...

take care
