To misscraps and others: you play bad games you get bad results. That is guaranteed! Try playing good games like full pay (15-9) 2's wild or 10-7 double bonus.

It's a long, long way from "guaranteed". Every day in this world one or more millionaires are created from lotteries-games with 60% EV's at best.
Meanwhile a boatload of aging VP players are chasing a theoretical edge while they are breathing in cascades of cigarette smoke and blurring their eyes on the way to cataract surgery number 2.
Think about it. After nearly 30 years of chasing the "edge" mostly on FPDW and 10/6 JOB I now mostly play a little high return slots and some $5 BJ and ENJOY the casino/resort experience more than I ever did on the treadmill chasing that "edge".
Just my opinion but I'm pretty sure the horrid Megabucks and Quartermania slots have made more people millionaires than all the VP edges of the last decade. Really at the end of the day it doesn't matter if you made a good bet; what matters is if you win or lose.

I disagree with the last sentence. What matters is how much you get to keep!

Oh, sure! Those low EV Megabucks & Quartermania slots have created a few millionaires, but it's also created an staggering aggregate boatload of crippling credit card debts, tapped out home equities, desperate pawn shop visits, bankruptcies, and suicides as well. The dark side of the equation is never talked about; you only see the winners wall. It would be an interesting experiment to see ALL of the big losers plastered up next to the winners on that wall. The winners would be like tiny Wake Island engulfed by the Pacific Ocean.

It has been said: "... at the end of the day it doesn't matter if you made a good bet; what matters is if you win or lose."
As a proposed corollary: "I disagree with the last sentence. What matters is how much you get to keep!"
My take on it is, what matters is how much you enjoy doing what you are doing.
