the Palms spent a ton of money on their construction projects and
hired a third rate genral contractor to oversee the building.
It is my Personal opinion the Witing Turner doesnt know construction
from shit. I worked on that project for 8 months and came to joke
about Witing Turner , whos logo i s a big WT , to mean "What The...?"
as in What the F*&%
any way Palms obviously seems to be in a cash crunch.
some of their slot machines are obviously in need of mantainence.
Now I have worked in the slot department HQ doing some computer
cabling a few months back and the guys seem overworked and
understaffed then. In fact the entire maintainence staff seemed
understaffed.
I hope they make it over this Hump but I fear they may soon be
sucked up probably by stations.
Got another Palms email - drawings from June 24-28 (15 winners
each night at
7pm). You must earn 250 points on day of drawing and be present to
win. You
must swipe card prior to 6:50pm. Also interestingly - only one
entry per
person per day - so don't bother playing more to be eligible.
Also "points
earned on select machines," which probably means any machine that
is 100% FP or
has NSU on it is not eligible. Strangely, not-allowing NSU
machines for
these promos also means if you are playing DDB or any not very
good game on a
machine that has NSU also on it, you can't be in the promotion.
