If you're in the right place at the right time, Harrahs lets you turn
comp into cash. But 9/6 JOB isn't really playable with less than a
percent cashback, check the bankroll requirement and N0 for details.

I think Cogno's answere was the closest to reality. Yes, it is
possible to have 9/6 with a 7 multiplier make a positive play, but
only if other factors are available.
The only times I have heard of turning 100 reward credits into
$1 cash is sometimes in Atlantic City. I was told that this was
by invitation only. I have also found that often, but not at all
locations, 9/6 JoB gives zero bonus credits. I can list many
Harrah's where no bonus credits, or very few, is the case.
Most of the time the actual cash equilvalent of reward credits
is $.50 for every 100. Thus .05 value times 7 is .35 or 99.892%
A 9 multiplier means just a shade under, or 99.992. Good luck on
finding any 100 RC for a $1. It use to be closer call until they
raised the price of Visa Gift cards to the same 100 RC equal $.50.
I think what Cogno might have meant is that only if you will be
paying cash for food, rooms, gifts anyway. Nomally I consider the
value is not reduced on food and 100 equals $1, but then I usually
do not need to buy mcuh food at Harrah's because of various other
factors.
