I have a question on insurance. Recently my auto insurance situation changed
and my only car is provided by my employer with insurance. Since I no longer
have a separate family owned car or the insurance that I bought for that
car, I
wonder what my insurance status will be when I rent a car for non business
use or if I drive someone's car for non business use. Can insurance be
purchased
for this situation? Should I now take the expensive daily insurance on
rental
cars and refrain from ever driving someone car for non business purpose?>>>
Regarding ins provided by co, check with risk mgmt dept re coverage.
Call your credit card co & mark which cards cover you when renting cars.
Similarly mark which cards provide flight ins & how much when you fly.
