Thanks to both posters for help w/ Netbook. I think we are at the point
of returning the Samsung and buying the new Toshiba even though I am not
thrilled w/ the raised keyboard. Still wondering how Samsung could put a
product out w/ no support.

Once you get your toshiba I'd like to hear your experience with it...plan to buy one within the next week or so.
Re your samsung you might get an answer to your problem on amazon by reading customer reviews...i recall several referring to the wifi problem with difference suggestions.
