XXVP: More Class Action Absurdity...

As I read it you can book regular rate as long as it's a direct booking with the hotel, once you get the rate tell them you have the coupon. They shoudl honor it then.

There was a recent class action suit vs. Station Casinos for the
energy surcharge that they had until June of this year.

The settlement included (1) $3 off and (1) $2.50 off coupon valid
towards a future stay at a Stations casino. Fine print stated that
the coupons were not valid with any other discount and could not be
combined. In other words...you must book rack rate to get your
whopping $3 off. What a joke.
