This particular class action had nothing to do with casinos. It was about B of A's unethical overlimit fevicees on their credit cards and th emethodology as to how they were imposed, in that if you were overlimite one cycle and since you didn't know until you were billed, you would be overlimit again before you could correct the situation.
However, there is a class action settlement against the station casinos and their unethical surcharges wher eone gets 2 coupons, one for $3 first night, 2nd for $2.50 second night to use after a direct reservation is made with them. This concerns there outrageous "hotel service fee" which is disclosed very indirectly in fine print on their mailings.

names of the folks who participated in the class action (or should,
presuming the law in Jersey or Nevada is the same as Arkansas), and I'm
not aware of any laws the would prohibit the casino from treating you
folks differently, including trespassing you. Very unfortunate.Good luck.
