XVP: Wynn and Comped Drinks

It was posted here not long ago that they stopped comping drinks if you're
playing at a bar. Have they expanded that to all machines? I really doubt it.

Don't believe anything you hear on the radio. Wynn was comping drinks to
players at machines as recently as Saturday 11/10. But the public bars are
stocked with the good stuff and they'd be nuts to comp players with
expensive booze.

We were quite shocked in Sept when we went to AC that they didn't serve
free drinks at any of the video poker bars at the Harrahs properties
excet Harrahs Marina.
They even tried to charge for a pepsi while playing VP at a bar!!
Hope this doesn't catch on in LV!!!
