XVP Women 2nd class

Hi, I have had several experiences such as yours and makes me so mad
as I am the person who books, handles everything for trips, where to
stay, etc. Some casinos have even taken my name off first and put my
husbands first.
   Several years ago I booked us to MGM, but husbands name was first.
Then when I booked tickets to a show they would NOT let ME pick them
up. Said my husband (who was downtown on that day) would have to
approve!!
I told them not to worry, I did not need the show tickets, and we would
no longer be staying there. Well that cleared it up real fast and now
I make sure I have an account in my name first.

  Sorry about the delay in my response. You're experience made me wonder whether it's really an MGM Mirage Mandalay issue, and not just a SL issue.
   
  Think about it... your bad experience -- at the MGM.
  My bad experience -- at the Silver Legacy, owned by MGM Mirage Mandalay.
  My friend's poor treatment at the Edgewater (see Message 53757, and note that it still hasn't been resolved, despite letters to management) -- owned by MGM Mirage Mandalay.
   
  All this makes me think that there's a corporate culture over there that I don't like one bit.
