Sorry about the delay in my response. You're experience made me wonder whether it's really an MGM Mirage Mandalay issue, and not just a SL issue.
Think about it... your bad experience -- at the MGM.
My bad experience -- at the Silver Legacy, owned by MGM Mirage Mandalay.
My friend's poor treatment at the Edgewater (see Message 53757, and note that it still hasn't been resolved, despite letters to management) -- owned by MGM Mirage Mandalay.
All this makes me think that there's a corporate culture over there that I don't like one bit.
