No, not really. I don't have access to the exact figures right now,
but not being able to double 9 or soft doubles only costs a couple of
tenths of a percent or so. D10/11 only is pretty much the standard
double down rule for any video blackjack game that I've seen. Finding
a machine that pays 3:2 for blackjacks (often shown on the rules screen
as 5 for 2) is the big hurdle.
