XVP - Using e-mail to cotact Casino Hosts

The hosts at MS in CT are notorious for not returning calls. Finally, after
numerous unreturned calls, I left my host a message asking what her function
was and if I should not bother contacting her in the future since she never
returns a call. She responded with a voice mail and e-mail suggesting e-mail
contact, saying she never received the voicemails.

Since I switched to e-mail, I've received a response to every e-mail, usually
within a day.

Given the different responses we've seen, it seems to me that when you (finally) make first contact with a host, the best approach is to simply ask, "How do you prefer we communicate in the future? Phone, email, or ??"

A belated thanks to all who responded to my question about hosts and
e-mail....all of the hosts answered the e-mail. All on the same day
which was about 3 days after the e-mail was sent.

Just a little impatience on my part.
