I have been wondering what tipping protocol at the Super Star Lounge at MS
is....if I grab a bite to eat there do I leave a tip on the table? Do I hand tip
the bartender for my Coke? Both? Either?
Any input would be appreciated......

What Super Star Lounge? At Don & Mike's I usually tip a buck for food
from the concession. I also tip a $1 for drinks. The exception is if
there's something wrong with the self serve pop, in which case I'll
tip the bartender once but not on the refills.
