Obviously, in many cases the same thing is happening to video poker.
Many casinos in LV, Tunica, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin etc.
have cut out all their good VP.
Again, if the suckers will accept it then the greedy casinos do not need to
offer better.
In the Chicago Area, Harrah's East Chicago now has NO full pay at any level
(there is a 25c progressive that sometimes has a good play).
One mile down the road there are two other river (lake?) boats.
The Majestic Star (Fitzgeralds in LV) has 9-6 jacks (or something
better-NSUD, 9-6 BP Dlx, 8-5-60 Super Aces, 20-10-6-5 joker 2 pair etc.) on
every IGT and LED product in the house (over 100 machines) including
nickels and pennies.
Trump across the dock has NSUD and 9-5 Triple Pay Plus on more than 50-25c
machines and 30-$1 machines plus some 9-6 jacks and also 9-6 jacks and NSUD
on 25c and $1 triple plays.
Harrah's will not even give me an answer as to why they do not want to be
competitive. I have a bad feeling that the same thing will happen at the
"Harrahshoe", so enjoy the 25c Triple Play 10-7 DB while you can.
