You can't imagine how I hate to write this post. Due to circumstances
beyond my control (I had the manuscript in to the publisher a year ago),
the book will probably not be back from the printers until early in
October. I am sorry that I started taking pre-pub orders so soon - but
at the end of July, after so many delays, it did look like we would be
able to ship by the end of August.
If anyone wants to cancel an order, please let me know your order #
privately and we can credit your account. Otherwise, I will appreciate
your patience. And be assured that we will see that all orders are
shipped out just as soon as possible after the book gets back from the
printers.
