I have the found the standard rooms and pool at Texas
Station to be pretty basic. The rooms have a Western decor.
Those on the North side are pretty dark because there is a
wall right outside the windows. They do have suites, but
I've never stayed in one.
Most of the construction on Rancho from Texas Station south
to the freeway has been completed so it isn't as bad as it
was for awhile. From Texas you can go east on Lake Mead to
I-15 but I don't think it's any quicker than Rancho.
