Caesars had also rigged the Quick Hits machines when I was there. The rules say you can get a bonus within a bonus round. For example, I was awarded the 20 x 3 bonus spin round. When 3 more Free Game symbols popped up during the round, an extra 20 games was NOT added on to my total spins for that bonus round.
These extra spins have ALWAYS been awarded to me when playing this game at any other casino including other HET properties. Sometimes I have gotten 2 sets or more of these added spins and they automatically racked up, resulting in a pretty nice win for a 2¢ machine.
When it happened once, I kind of overlooked it. When it happened a second time the same day, I called for a technician. Unfortunately, when these bonus spins are activated, they spin on their own and the technician is unable to go back and see where the Free Game symbols came up and the extra 20 spins were not awarded. So I cashed out and went back to VP only.
