xvp Speaking of "nasty bugs" (was Re: Just to Satisfy You)

Winter has nothing to do with getting colds or bugs, in fact, there's nothing worse than a summer cold. It all has to do with personal habits, such as keeping your hands clean, keeping them away from your eyes, nose, & mouth, and avoiding those annoying and potentially dangerous people who seem to think it's all about them as they go out and cough & sneeze their day away when they should be nowhere near others. We take D & fish oil etc., but does that stuff really only make us feel we're doing the right things?

So I'll take this opportunity to put in a plug for Vitamin D
supplements ...
