XVP Spam and new Screen Name

Interestingly I'm on AOL and have gotten very little spam of late. I report
each and every item of spam that arrives (maybe six to ten per week now) and I
think that's helped. Also, I change my email address to something like
krallison@aolnospam.com when I use bulletin boards or usenet and that has cut down
a LOT on spam by automated address collection.

The reason AOL users may have been getting little spam is AOL has
been blocking valid mail as well as spam. The Diplomacy groups in
Yahoo are suffering as certain yahoo ids that have numbers in them or
the like are automatically blocked when sending to AOL ids. Has been
a mess...
