Since receiving word via Bob Dancer regarding possible comp stealing,
I have taken the following steps:
1) I notified the top Executive VP at Harrah's for Total Rewards of
the concerns, and forwarded to him several emails, including the one
mentioned below. He did respond to each email that they were
investigating the situation. Because I removed the sender's name from
the email, they would not have responded to the original writer
directly. I did fail to respond to every email sent to me and I
apologize for that. Any additional emails that contain new Comp stealing
was the main subject of our December 28 Players Edge column in the Las
Vegas Review Journal.
2) Comp stealing is the only subject of my February column in
Casino Player.
3) Comp stealing is referred to (via a call-out letter) in the
February column of Strictly Slots.
I appreciate all the feedback regarding this issue - and will continue
to discuss with casino executives whenever the opportunity presents
itself.
