Where do I get disacount tickets to Mac King and 2 for 1 for Forbidden
Vegas?

if you buy the 'american casino guide', there is a mac king ticket in
there along with a 2 for 1 for the forever plaid show and a few
others...not to mention a bunch of other coupons...easily pay for
itself a couple times over if you use coupons at all...
not sure about forbidden vegas, but i think it was in the local paper...
