XVP:Second Hand Smoke...More Dangerous Than You Think!

OK, I couldn't resist responding. I live in Calabasas, am not a smoker but go to Vegas about every 6-8 weeks. First of all: fact: the law does permit you to smoke in your home or your yard. Only if you are in a condo or apartment where your patio is shared with very close neighbors or in the public areas of the condominiums you are not allowed to smoke. But in all public areas like malls or Starbucks (outside) no smoking is allowed. It really is not as bad as the media has portrayed. Property values continue to hold their own (already very high) so if anything the law may actually increase the demand from people who are looking for a cleaner environment.
