As a resident of West Hills, California which is right next door to Calabasas, the only official non-smoking anywhere in public and sometimes even on your own private property town in California, I suggest you all move there. If you hate cig smoke so much. If you can afford at least $1,000,000 for a house and or $500,000 for a condo you can live in the still polluted but "cigarette" smoke free city of Calabasas, CA. I have friends who do not smoke and live in Calabasas and even they are not happy about this because it really infringes on people's private rights and their property rights too. Good luck dealing with other carcinogens like car exhaust, factory fumes, smoke from people's fireplaces etc.....

I have friends who do not smoke and live in Calabasas and even they are
not happy about this because it really infringes on people's private
rights and their property rights too.
That's an aspect of the non-smoking laws I'd never thought of. Might
they lower property values by reducing the number of potential buyers
(those that smoke) for a property?
