A friend who recently stayed at Casino Royale reports that the
upstairs Italian restaurant there has closed for good and will
eventually be replaced with a Outback Steakhouse. From rumors I've
heard this will be an improvement.

it should be an improvement, the last time I heard any thing about the
Italian restaurant was that the health department shut them down !
