and bars are included at that level? Do they make you pay for mailed
marketing comps before you start accruing any additional comps? What
kind of mailed cashback offers do they normally send? With the new
Jacks, I might develop this as a secondary place.

XVP-- Request for info on Bellagio comps??
In the event of a free room marketing offer, you will need to make, as I
recall, 7500 points per day before you are eligible for comps over and above
the room. This puts the requirement at 20K plus in action per day.
Marketing offers can be had for mid or even lowrollers, but they are
unpredictable. I think they have been using and marketing through data
garnered at other MGM properties lately. We received free nights and free
play this summer when we shouldn't even have been on their radar. Given the
7500 point requirement for extra comps, my strategy then was to give the B
some pretty modest "convenience" play and devote the bulk of my action
either across the street at Caesars (where comps could be earned at a .8
rate) or various other casinos. I like the B, but I'm not going to give
them my action for nothing.
