Since I reside in L.A. and are planning to buy a condo just off the strip and want to lease it out for a good portion of each year, can someone who lives in Vegas point me in the right direction to a trustworthy, reputable realtor in Vegas that is familiar with leasing condos? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
