The Clark County Planning Commission mailed me a review notice for a
condominium project that (from the small map included) appears to be
next to (east of)the new casino. It will be on 67.6 acres, and include
392 units within 2 high-rise towers (198 feet tall).
If you want to be extremely close to VP, this may be the way to do it.
