Since you didn't include my original message, I don't know what portion made you think I'd said anything like the above. My post was distinguishing between those who DO make LESS than minimum wage (e.g., cocktail waitresses) from those who make AT LEAST minimum wage (e.g., the hand-pay people).
I'll pass on the dam; I've heard the country is a little weak on maintenance of its infrastructure. Besides, all my money is currently tied up helping some Africans get their inheritances into the U.S. (I get more emails to help these people than I can handle; let me know if you would like to invest).
