I play quarters so I always go to RP. When I had a Diamond card, Harrahs
was great, though.

Yup, unless you win a suite through one of RP's giveaways. We did
once, and the room was amazingly nice.

RP's coffee shop is very good. Harrah's buffet was very good (and
reasonably priced) for breakfast on a Sunday morning (this was before
the current remodel; no idea whether the prices went up afterwards).
Harrah's coffee shop is overpriced.
The Edgewater also has a very good, reasonably priced coffee shop.
I play quarters so I always go to RP.
Presumably in the Winners Wharf, with the card of the day promotion.
