On the Strip, most places will not rate you unless you consistently bet $25 or more (except for Casino Royale) on the pass/don't pass/come line. Bellagio told me at least $50. They also normally do not count pass/don't/come odds bets. They also want at least 4 hours play per day.

That is not accurate in my experience. If the buyout is a few hundred dollars, your card will be taken, entered and credited starting even with one or two $10 bets at places like Paris, Harrah's and Mirage. Of course, a few tokes along the way doesn't hurt, either.
