XVP:Rampart Buffet

I was told today the Rampart Buffet will accept special buffet offers
for other casinos. For example, a "2 for 1", or similar offer, at a
different casino would be honored at the Rampart. This might be useful
if an offer arrives from a casino a long distance away, compared to the
Rampart.

I was told this by a Rampart Buffet employee as I was paying for my
meal with the $5 coupon good Sun-Wed.

Just received a mailer from Rampart which includes 4 diff(dates) 2 for 1 buffet coupons and the statement "Now thru Dec 24th Rampart accepts all valid local competitor discount buffet coupons. No restrictions" In small print restates must be valid, unexpired.
