xvp: Potential Computer Virus or Worm or Something

Everyone,
   
  I keep getting emails entitled, "New Graphic Site," and I made the mistake of opening one of them. Of course it appeared to be garbage spam, and I deleted it right away. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of it. It now looks like something took over my identity and started forwarding that email to folks in my address book. I'm not sure if this is a virus, a worm, or something else, but be careful with these -- and open them at your own risk.

Here's a URL to a news article about this email worm hitting Yahoo
mail users. The article includes a way to stop it by blocking the
sender or else changing over to Yahoo's newer mail Beta. Supposedly
Yahoo has already fixed the problem itself.
