Like any outside agency is going to do anything here. They have educated
their salespeople just fine. She did just as they teach..
sell..sell..sell. For someone who has rented over "100 vehicles" you should know how the
car rental business is run by now. To complain about this is worthless
and a waste of your time. They hook hundreds of suckers with these sales
pitches every month. They are probably still laughing at your complaint.
