I have heard that there are casinos who will give you the same benefits by showing a direct deposit pay statement as cashing the actual check. My employer, along with many others uses mainly direct deposit. Any one have any info on this? Also, many get free checking accounts due their direct deposit status and the value of their "free drink" is often less than the amount of the bank's service charge without direct deposit.

I have my pay check split. I portion of it is direct deposited, and the
rest comes as a paper check. Perhaps your employer allows this?

Fiesta Henderson used to, before they switched to the same paycheck
promotion as the rest of the Station joints.
I actually submitted this to LVA as a QoD some time ago, but I don't think
they ever did anything with it.
