We went to Nove Italiano the other day and were disappointed to find the
type of furniture and decor hid most of the terrific view which should have
been a selling point for the restaurant at the top of the newer Palms tower.
Service was okay but not terrific, food generally good.
However, if we ever want to go to fine dining at the Palms again, we
definitely will go to Alize (French), at the top of the older tower, which has a
great view of the city, excellent food, and great service.
Both restaurants are now featuring 3 course meals for $45 which is quite a
bargain.
It seemed strange to us that Nove's decorators didn't take advantage of the
fantastic view. Whoever did the restaurant design should have been fired.
