Is there any bet in Vegas going on for when this Ken-guy will be de-throned
on Jeopardy?

Supposedly, he's already lost. The programs are taped in advance. I heard that from tv talk shows.

Not likely, the number has already been leaked out. I won't mention it because some people would not want to know.

The over/under is at 77 shows.

He will lose on a Tuesday. Already taped and will be shown in the
fall.
This is according to an article that I read.

You can only wager on certain "certified" sporting events under Nevada law.
One can't wager on (taped) events which have concluded anywhere. Great
Britain does take wages on many different events including elections,
academy awards etc. BTW, Nevada is the only jurisdiction in the USA that
is allowed to legally book sports. That will not change unless a new federal
law is passed to allow it in other jurisdictions. All online sports betting
from within the USA is illegal though rarely prosecuted. The bottom line is
that Nevada is the only jurisdiction within the USA where a person can make
legal sports bets and the person must be physically within the borders of
Nevada to make such a wager.

Oregon has “Sports Action.”

Sports Action is a lottery game operated by the Oregon State Lottery. That
does not qualify as a "sports book"
