i'm sorry if you don't agree, but i posted this because i did not intend it
as a discussion of whether or not on a personal level someone is pro or con,
but because it may have an impact on casinos and how they are run, in a
general sense, and thought it was worth knowing whether or not class action suits
may now follow. i did not intend to express or imply a personal opinion
about smoking, and therefore thought this piece of news was 'post-worthy'. but
you are the moderator of your site, and, of course, it is your privilege to
make these decisions.
