>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Hi Liz,
My condolences on the untimely death of your relative. At least he
died in his favorite city in the world, doing what he loved best!
My husband & kids have often speculated that the same fate might
await me some day when I've just switched toa higher denom. and the
ever elusive RF4 hand turns into RF5! I've always responded that
when I have to go (if I can't go like Elsie)I want it to be at a vp
machine, after hitting the big one!
In this same vein, many years ago, at a church sponsered Bingo game,
during the playing of the $1.000 coverall, a little old lady keeled
over, and hit the floor. Naturally, the person calling the numbers
stopped, while someone rushed over to attend to the stricken player.
After a minute or so, an irate player yelled, "Call 911 and call
numbers! I'm waiting for Bingo!" While the poor old lady lay on the
floor, the bingo ball number calling resumed. Irate player did not
get her number (there IS a just God of gambling sometimes). When the
Paramedics arrived, the old lady was dead. What an evening.
Anyway, there are worst ways to depart this veil of tears, and I
hope your cousin has found FPDW in heaven.
Best, Babe
