XVP - Multi-denomination slot machines

Someone has asked me this question and I forget the answer!!! (Brain cells seem to be dying fast!!!): <<Do multi-denomination slot machines pay out the same percentage of winnings for each denomination or not? Eg. 25cents = 95%, $1 = 97%.>>

Can someone help me out here?

VP machines don't always pay the same for different denominations, so I don't see why slot machines always would either. Not a definitive answer, just a guess.

As of last week, the (12?) 9/6 JoB machines in high-limit now pay 4000 for the royal flush (5-coin bet) instead of 1250 previously. All denominations ($5/$10/$25) pay 239 for a SF, even though it only really makes sense for the $5 level in order to avoid a W2G.
