XVP - MSS Executive Invitational

I received an invitation to this event taking place June 26 to 29 at Main Street Station. They advertise "great tournament action" but nothing about any prizes. This probably means there won't be any (cash) prizes? Does anyone know? I could call them but being in Europe and on the road at the moment it's difficult. Any help greatly appreciated as always.
