I spoke to my old real estate agent (excellent! - Joanne Deagosteno)
yesterday who says that the real estate market in Las Vegas now is extremely slow -
slower than she has ever seen it, with a lot of motivated sellers and some
bargain prices. Today's newspaper also mentioned the slow real estate market.
This actually could therefore be a good time to buy at lower prices. If
