My account also shows zero Grazie gift points. What is most puzzling to me are the points awarded for spending in the restaurants, room service etc. I understand they go towards status level ie. gold or the next level. But do they have any other use or is that it? Confused but love both the Venetian and Palazzo. Always give them my play when in Vegas no more HET.

I went and checked mine.All was as it should be,still gold and still with same Grazie points as before.Only thing that no one has been able to explain to me from the Players Club is why my Grazie Gift points show up as zero,instead of matching my other status points for the year.

I went to the "new Grazie" site this morning. First off, when I tried to log on, I was told that my password was invalid.
The good news is that when I set a new password and logged on I was greeted by a big "Welcome Back!".
The bad news is that I now have zero points and am told that I only need to earn 30,000 points to reach the gold level.
(I've been gold for several years now)
